Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of boundaryline.app and our related services (the “Service”), operated by AJH Gaming and Holdings LLC (“Boundary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Boundary is

Boundary is software that reads legal descriptions and deeds, parses them deterministically, and renders tract sketches, georeferenced geometry, and CAD/GIS exports for visualization and review.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the deeds and legal descriptions you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. Because deed files are processed in your browser, we generally do not receive or store them. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AJH Gaming and Holdings LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJH Gaming and Holdings LLC and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or its output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AJH Gaming and Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm Boundary or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
