- Yes. The Free plan plots real deeds with closure checks and a PDF report, with no time limit and no credit card.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Plans are month to month. Cancel whenever you like — there are no contracts or cancellation fees.
- Does my deed leave my device?
- OCR runs in your browser and nothing is stored by default — your uploaded file never leaves your device. Saving a project (a Pro feature) stores the legal description text you choose to save to your account so you can reopen it on any device; your uploaded file is still never stored.
- Is this a survey?
- No. Boundary is for visualization and review only — not a boundary survey, title opinion, legal opinion, or substitute for a licensed surveyor or attorney.
